As an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at George Washington University, she mentors medical students, physician assistant students, and nurse practitioners, helping to shape the future of pediatric medicine. Her commitment to education has been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Best Preceptor of the Year and the Distinguished Teaching Award from George Washington University.

Her dedication to healthcare extends beyond borders. Dr. Ogunsanya actively participates in medical missions to underserved communities, bringing much-needed care to those who otherwise may not have access to essential pediatric services.

She is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Association of Nigerian Doctors, further emphasizing her commitment to advancing pediatric care on both national and international levels.

Balancing her professional achievements with her personal life, Dr. Ogunsanya enjoys a fulfilling home life with her husband and four children. In her spare time, she finds joy in reading and traveling, which complement her passion for lifelong learning and cultural exploration.
